Delivery Policy & Terms

Once delivery is placed you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will recieve a DPD tracking number or An Post tracking number so you can track you order all the way on it's journey.

Please make sure that all deliveries are checked for damages before signing for them.

In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect Service is FREE!

Simply order online line and collect in our Store here in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford (X35WR24).

We aim to have your collection ready within 1 Hour of your order. You will recieve an updated email when you order is ready for collection. 
How it works:

- You will receive an email confirming we have received your order.
- Your order will be processed by our website team
- You will receive an email confirming when and where your item will be ready for collection, here in store.

Local Delivery - Maximum charge on Local Delivery is €9.95 on all items
1-3 Business Days

Nationwide Delivery ROI (Small Items <15kg) - DPD charge of €9.95 on all items under 15kg
4-7 Business Days

Nationwide Deliver in ROI (Bulky Items &> 15kg) - €40

Returns Policy:

We accept exchange or refunds on items purchased online, provided they are returned within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Our delivery boxes are crafted with sustainability in mind, our packaging also acts as convenient packaging for returns. In the event that you no longer have the original delivery packaging, kindly utilize appropriate packaging or a suitable alternative for the transportation of your item(s).  Items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will regrettably not be processed and may be returned to the customer. The cost of courier/transport charges on return must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Change of Mind Returns: If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item(s) and it's not in resalable condition (like new with original packaging) a restocking fee may apply.

Returning Damaged Item(s): While the item is in your possession (within the 7-day return window), you're responsible for any damages related to the product. Topline Currans reserves the right to charge you for any damage to the product during this time. 

Reporting Damage:  To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage, such as scratches, dents, or tears, must be reported within 24 hours to Topline Currans customer service. You can report damage by emailing trade@toplinecurrans.ie, calling 058-41324 or send us a message on whatsapp 083-4808415. Topline Currans cannot be held responsible for unreported damages, within this 24 hour window of delivery.

Determining Faults: Topline Currans reserves the right to determine whether a product is truly faulty. In some cases, the item may need to be inspected by a qualified engineer from the manufacturer. Fees will only be charged if the return is due to the customer's error, such as a change of mind or incorrect order placement. However, if the return is necessary due to an error made by Topline Currans, no restocking fee will be charged
